RI Mill Building Survey Completed

The Rhode Island Mill Building Survey was completed in April 2007.  The survey was conducted to identify mill buildings specifically located in the John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor.  The eleven communities surveyed included Burrillville, Central Falls, Cumberland, East Providence, Glocester, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Providence, Smithfield and Woonsocket.

The Rhode Island Mill Building Survey was conducted by The Economic Development Foundation of Rhode Island, Inc. (“EDFRI”) and its subsidiary, New England Economic Development Services, Inc. (“NEEDS”).  The survey was funded in part by the John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor Commission.
