The Rhode Island Land and Building Inventory System or RIL&B is a service of New England Economic Development Services. The RIL&B offers comprehensive information on industrial and office real estate in the Rhode Island communities of Burrillville, Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Providence, Smithfield, Warwick and Woonsocket. East Providence will soon be included. In addition to these communities, the RIL&B offers information on available industrial and office properties throughout Rhode Island.
The mission of the RIL&B is to provide timely, comprehensive and accurate information on available industrial and office properties as a means to encourage the settlement and retention of businesses and jobs. Access to the RIL&B is limited to local, regional and statewide governmental entities and economic development organizations, on a fee basis. If you are a User of the RIL&B, click on the RIL&B link.
